How is the session held?

The Smash the Cake or Smash the Fruit session is conducted in my studio, located in Torres Vedras.

There are three moments: First, we take photos of the child in the setting, without the cake. This is the moment when parents can also participate, if they choose this package!


In the second moment, we introduce the cake, and the mess begins!


And finally, the third moment: bath time! A unanimous preference of babies!


The session can be done with fruits or cake, with parents responsible for providing according to their choice.

Payment plan

For scheduling the session, a fee of 20€ will be charged via bank transfer or MBway as a date reservation. The remaining payment is made on the session day.


Additional fee per extra person (except father and siblings of the baby): 15€


Note: for sessions on Sundays and holidays there is an additional charge of €25

General Terms of Service:


Date Reservation:

After the acceptance of the proposed date and time, the session will be pre-reserved for 24 hours until confirmed through the payment of the reservation fee. If this payment is not made within 24 hours, the dates will be released, the reservation process will be canceled, and it will need to be repeated.


Payment Plan:

When booking the session, a deposit of 20€ (Reservation Fee) must be made. This amount is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the session. For Gift Vouchers, the full amount must be paid at the time of purchase. Payments can be made via MBWay to the number 934 116 228.


Rescheduling | Cancellations:

The reservation fee allows for a one-time rescheduling, provided it is done at least 2 days before the session. Outside of this timeframe and conditions, a new scheduling fee will be charged for changing the date. Rescheduling is subject to the availability of the studio's schedule. In cases of cancellations, the reservation deposit is non-refundable due to the date block, except in exceptional situations, evaluated by the studio.


Photo Selection:

Within 7 days after the session, a link will be sent by email for photo selection where the client can also purchase extra photos.


Deadlines:

After the photo selection, the editing period is a maximum of 20 days, and the photos will be sent via Google Drive in high resolution. The editing process will only start after payment of all outstanding amounts, including package upgrades and additional images acquired.


Unedited Photographs:

To preserve the quality, identity, and style of our work, Janayna Campos Fotografia only delivers purchased and edited photographs. Unedited photographs will not be delivered under any circumstances. All photographs not purchased and therefore not edited will be deleted after 6 months.


Additional Photos:

Additional photos outside the package can be purchased for 3€ each.


Backups and Photo Retention:

Janayna Campos Fotografia Studio stores the final client files for a maximum period of 6 months from the session date. We do not guarantee the recovery of photographs purchased and delivered to the clients. The possible recovery of an already delivered session will cost €35, provided recovery is possible.
